Order Processing Times


Artisanal Process

We are proud to offer artisanal, handmade stationery, decoupage keepsakes, layered junk journals, and adornments created entirely from start to finish in our studio by hand. Because each piece is meticulously prepared, our production timelines vary by item type.

Standard Orders

For standard, made-to-order stock items, please allow up to 7 to 10 days of production time before your order is packaged for shipment.

Pre-Order Events

Items purchased during our Pre-Order events are handled as exclusive, made-to-order collections.

  • The Ordering Window: Pre-orders remain open for 5 days after the Pre-Order launch is announced and is live. Once the window closes, production begins.
  • Production Timeline: Please allow up to 7 to 10 days of production time for these exclusive items to be meticulously handcrafted before they are packaged for shipment. This means orders placed during a "Pre-Order" Event will not enter the production phase in our studio until the Pre-Order Window closes, adding an extra 5 days to the 7 to 10 days production time before shipping. 
  • What's the Benefit of a Pre-order Event: Pre-order events offer exclusive benefits, including free gifts, shipping deals, and bundle exclusives you can't get at other times, because all items in the shop are handmade and made to order; most importantly, your order gets prioritized in the studio production time before limited-time items are gone. 

What to Expect After You Order

After receiving your order confirmation email, artisan get to work. You will receive another notification when your order has completed its production stage, which takes 7 to 10 days for standard items or 5 days + up to 7 to 10 days for pre-order events, and is being prepared for shipping. Once your order leaves the production phase in our studio, you will receive a final email containing your tracking information.

Mixed Carts (Standard + Pre-Order Items)

If your order contains a mix of standard in-stock items and pre-order items, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order items are complete (in 7 to 10 days). If you would like your standard items to arrive sooner, please place two separate orders.


International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's delivery time and progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Shipping Issues/Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please get in touch with us immediately at info@egyptspapers.com with photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and up-to-date. If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To ensure your beautiful handmade products arrive on time for the holiday. Please place your order by December 1. If an order is placed after December 1, we will do our best to ensure you receive your order by December 25; we cannot guarantee it. Please note that all products are handmade and have a production time + a processing time + a Shipping time.
