Understanding returns, refunds, and cancellations

Mystery Themed Parcels and Mystery Themed Planners.

We generally do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds. Due to the nature of our products. All our products are handmade with repurposed materials, unusually hard-to-find materials, and special stash materials. Like in our Mystery Themed Parcels and Planners, which feature decoupage, layered mixed media parcels and planners. With handmade embellishments, ephemera, trims, trinkets, cards, charms, and more, all handmade inside the parcel or planner. These are also made-to-order items. So we cannot cancel any order once it is placed because of the time required to make these made-to-order mystery parcels and planners. 

All of our other products 

Due to the nature of all our other products, which also use repurposed materials, unusually hard-to-find materials, and special stash materials, our products are unique. These are handmade products that are crafted with heart and soul, a true labor of love, that is crafted with passion through and through. We cannot accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds. 

Declutter Items that are for sale in the "Tag Sale"

Declutter items are items that are used, and new craft supplies. Like tools, stamps, die cuts, and Cricut cartridges that we don't use, we want them to go to a good home where someone can give them the attention they need and actually use them. These items are being sold at a high discount, similar to those found at a yard sale. These products are marked in their description as one of the following…

Used - Very good condition, has signs of limited usage.

Used - Good condition, shows wear & tear

Open Box - Out of the package.

Never been used - But needs a good home. 

Please read the product description before making your purchase. All decluttered items are “all sales are final”. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds.
