Order Processing Times

All orders (excluding the “Mystery Themed Parcel, Mystery Themed Planners, Advent Calendars, and some other made-to-order items”) are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with shipping tracking information.

All Mystery Themed Parcels, Mystery Themed Planners, Advent Calendars, and some other made-to-order items (Please see each product description) have a production time of 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and a processing time of 1-3 business days to prepare your order for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).

After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has completed the production stage and is being processed for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment.

Domestic Shipping

We offer Standard shipping options for domestic orders within the United States.

Free shipping is available for orders of $100.00 or more.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery time and progress of your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Shipping Issues

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at info@egyptspapers.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and up-to-date. If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To ensure your Mystery Themed Parcels, Mystery Themed Planners, Advent Calendars, and any other made-to-order items arrive before major holidays, please place your order by the following dates. Please note that all Mystery Themed Parcels, Mystery Themed Planners, Advent Calendars, and some items Egypt offers are made-to-order and have a production time + a processing time + a Shipping time

Made-to-order/Production time 7-10 Business days, excluding weekends and holidays

Processing time(The time it takes to prepare your order for shipping. This applies to all orders, even if they are not made-to-order items): 1-3 Business days, excluding weekends and holidays

Please take these times into account when ordering items that need to be received by a certain holiday date. 

If you place an order for any made-to-order item outside of the listed deadlines, we will do our best to complete and ship the parcel/item to you by the holiday; however, we cannot guarantee this. Please remember to take the times listed above into account when ordering by a certain date.
