Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

We are proud to offer artisanal, handmade signature stationery created entirely from start to finish in our studio, alongside an exclusive collection of accessories that are either handmade or thoughtfully hand-curated by fine artisans. Because each piece is meticulously prepared, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be crafted and packaged for shipment. 

After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has completed the production stage and is being processed for shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's delivery time and progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Shipping Issues/Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please get in touch with us immediately at info@egyptspapers.com with photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and up-to-date. If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To ensure your beautiful handmade stationery products arrive on time for the holiday. Please place your order by December 14. If an order is placed after December 14, we will do our best to ensure you receive your order by December 25, but we cannot guarantee it. Please note that all products are handmade and have a production time + a processing time + a Shipping time.
